25 August 1998: Tien Giang Veterinary Pharmacy Enterprise was re-named Cai Lay Livestock and Veterinary Pharmacy Company under the Decision No. 2290/QĐ-UB, issued by Tien Giang People’s Committee;
11 November 2002: The equitization of Cai Lay Livestock and Veterinary Pharmacy Company was approved under Decision No. 4630/QĐ-UB, issued by Tien Giang People’s Committee;
28 January 2003: Officially operated as a Joint Stock Company;
23 July 2008: Submited the listing application at Hanoi Stock Exchange Center;
21 November 2008: Officially listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange Board (HNX);
7 October 2012: Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Austfeed Vietnam Corporation;
18 April 2013: Annual General Meeting approved Austfeed Vietnam Corporation to become the strategic shareholder;
10 October 2013: Official opening of the WHO GMP Plant at Cai Lay.
